Questo aggiornamento risolve diverse vulnerabilità in Microsoft Office che potrebbero consentire l'esecuzione di codice remoto se un utente apre un file Office appositamente predisposto. Microsoft Office per Mac include versioni di Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote e Outlook che sono state progettate per il Mac, eppure sono Office inconfondibilmente. L'aggiornamento del 16 aprile 2019 fornisce correzioni per problemi della suite Office per Mac che riguardano Word, Excel e PowerPoint e nuove funzionalità.
